Treated Fairly if Accused or Breaking the Law

Children and young people have the right to be treated fairly if they have been accused of breaking the law. This means that if a child or a young person is accused by someone of breaking the law, the other person has to prove it, the child or young person has to be properly represented in a Court, and they will be innocent until proven guilty.
